What Does "Paused" Mean for My Subscriptions?

When subscriptions are paused, it means they are temporarily inactive and no charges, deliveries, or services are being processed. All subscriptions tied to your account will remain in this inactive state until you actively choose to reactivate them.

How Can I Confirm If My Subscriptions Are Paused?

To verify your subscription status, access your account dashboard within the Planty application. If your subscriptions are paused, they will appear as inactive, and you won’t have any active subscriptions listed under your account.

Reactivating Your Subscriptions

If you wish to resume your subscriptions, simply navigate to the subscription settings in your account, and select the option to "reactivate." This will restore your subscription(s) to active status, and services will resume as per your selected schedule.
