How do I change a delivery date?

If you have a Planty subscription, you can push back or bring forward an upcoming order, that has not been charged yet, whenever you need to – this can be really useful, especially if you’re going on holiday! You are charged 3 days before delivery, you are able to edit your order at any point before an order is charged.

To move the delivery date of an upcoming unpaid order:

1. Login at planty.uk
2. Go to your subscription: https://planty.uk/account/subscriptions and select your active subscription
3. Select "Change delivery date" on the pending charge shown and choose your preferred date
