You can change the meals in your subscription to different ones at any time. This includes swapping meals and adding/removing meals.
Any changes will be reflected on all future unpaid orders - this means that you can change the meals for an upcoming order before it is charged. An order is charged 3 days before the delivery date. After this point, your order becomes locked in the system and changes will only apply to future orders.
To update your subscription box:
1. Create an account using your email here or log in at planty.uk
2. Go to your subscription: https://planty.uk/account/subscriptions and select your active subscription
3. Click "Update box"
4. Change your box to the meals that you wish to change (not including boxes that have already been paid for).
5. Click "Update box" again
If you would like to update the meals for an order that has already been paid for, please contact us at hello@planty.uk. Our support team can manually adjust your order, though these changes may not be reflected in your online order summary or dispatch notification. Please contact us as soon as possible after realising you need changes, as our ability to modify orders decreases as the delivery date approaches. Even if your box is due for delivery very soon, modifications may still be possible if our team confirms they can be processed in time. However, please understand that very late requests cannot be guaranteed as they depend on the operational stage of your order's preparation. While our online system may show your updated meal preferences after making changes, please note that these updates only affect future unpaid orders. Changes to current paid orders require manual intervention from our team. For the smoothest experience, we recommend planning your meal changes early, contacting support promptly if you need post-payment changes, and confirming any last-minute modifications directly with our team.
