Subscriptions can be paused at any point from your account page. However, any paid orders that are being prepared will not be cancelled - if you would like to cancel a paid order please get in touch with us at hello@planty.uk and we'll see what we can do!
To pause your subscription box:
1. Create an account using your email here or log in at planty.uk
2. Go to your subscription: https://planty.uk/account/subscriptions and select your active subscription
3. Click "Manage" on the top-right corner
4. Select "Pause Subscription"
You can resume your subscription at any point from the main subscription page by clicking on "Resume"
