You sure can! You are able to change your plan, including frequency and weekday for delivery, for all future orders from the account page. This will be applied to all future unpaid orders, which means you can only change the day of delivery before it is charged. Please note that Planty delivers meal boxes from Tuesday to Saturday only (no deliveries on Sundays or Mondays). Holiday schedules may occasionally affect delivery availability.
To update your subscription plan:
1. Login at planty.uk
2. Go to your subscription: https://planty.uk/account/subscriptions and select your active subscription
3. Select “Manage” on the top-right hand corner and then “Your Plan” - you are then able to change your delivery schedule for any unpaid orders
If you miss the deadline and really need to change or skip a delivery, get in touch with us at hello@planty.uk and we'll see what we can do! Please make your request as early as possible, as orders that are already prepared for collection may not be modifiable at the last minute.
