Planty has a variety of meals that could potentially contain an allergen. Ingredients are stored separately in order to minimise cross-contamination, however, there is a small chance of cross-contamination, therefore we cannot 100% guarantee that a meal is free of a particular allergen. We do list all of the allergens on our packaging and on our website, where we highlight specific ingredients which contain one or more of the major allergens.
We leave it to our customers to review the ingredients and determine which recipes best suit their dietary needs.

Planty offers a variety of gluten-free meal options, but it is important to note that the kitchen is not a dedicated gluten-free environment. While steps are taken to minimise cross-contamination, such as thorough cleaning of cooking areas, the shared use of equipment means that gluten-free meals cannot be guaranteed safe for individuals with coeliac disease. Customers with severe gluten intolerance or coeliac disease should carefully consider this risk before ordering. To assist customers in finding gluten-free meals, Planty provides a filtering option on the menu page. To use this feature:
Visit the menu page on the Planty website or app.
Locate the filters section, typically found at the top or side of the page.
Select the “Gluten Free” filter.
The page will refresh to display only gluten-free meal options.
This filtering tool allows customers to quickly identify meals that align with their dietary preferences.
