On the box, we provide a QR code which will take you to the Planty HELP & FAQS page. Click on "returns" and then click on "Where is the link to the return portal?"
There you will find the link which you can fill out and print off. I've added back the instructions here in case that's easier:
1. Put the upcycled denim liners back into your Planty box (bonus points for sending back as many liners as possible!).
2. Tape up the box nice and securely.
3. Print and stick the free return label on the box over the old delivery label on top of the box, and remove or cover the yellow food warning label.
4. Drop off your Planty box at your nearest DPD pickup shop (find your nearest shop at dpdlocal.co.uk/pickuplocator). Thank you for being a sustainable hero!
Our packaging is fully recyclable, biodegradable or reusable. You can find the recycling instructions in every box as well as here:
Box: Household recycling, reuse, or return to us. Also biodegradable!
Denim Liners: Ideally return to us for free in your box with the provided label! If not, remove the plastic lining - this can be recycled. Then, put the recycled denim on your compost heap or in your household waste.
Cardboard Sleeves: Household recycling.
Dry Ice Envelope: Household recycling, also biodegradable!
Dry Ice Wrapper: Household recycling.
Trays and Film: Household recycling (but rinse first!).
Jars and Lids: Household recycling (but rinse first!).
