Why can't I log in - email is not recognised?

A guide on what can be done if you are unable to login and if your email is not recognised

If you are trying to log in and your email is not recognised, it is most likely because you have not signed up for an account yet.

At the moment, we don’t ask for a password when creating a subscription, so you need to register for an account separately after checkout. You still receive emails from us without an account.

To set up your account and manage your subscription:

1. Go to https://planty.uk/register
2. Create an account with the email you used when setting up your order
3. We’ll send you a confirmation link to that email, so go to your inbox and click on that link to confirm your email. If you are not able to find it, check the spam and promotion folders too.
4. You’ll then be able to see and modify your subscription at https://planty.uk/account/subscriptions
