Take the photo against a neutral background in good lighting, avoiding glare or shadows.- If your ID is expired, you can use another valid document, such as a passport, while waiting for your ID renewal. Submit the valid document through the app to complete verification.- Do not submit screenshots of your ID. Always upload a clear, original photo of the physical document.

Age-Related Eligibility
If you are under 18, changing or resubmitting your ID will not alter the verification decision, as it is based on age eligibility. You can reapply once you turn 18.
