Verification is usually completed within a few minutes, but in some cases it can take longer if additional checks are needed.
How long should it take?
Most verifications complete within a few minutes. If additional review is needed, it typically takes a few business days, though it can take longer in some cases. You do not need to do anything unless we contact you. We will update you through the app when your status changes or if we need more information.
What will I see in the app?
There are two different screens you might be seeing, and they mean different things.
1. "Processing Verification"
This means we're still processing your verification on our end. This usually only takes a few minutes. You don't need to do anything, just leave the app open or check back shortly.
2. "Verification in Review"
This means your verification has moved to our card issuing partner, who needs to carry out a few additional checks before approving your identity. This stage can take up to 3 business days. You don't need to resubmit anything or restart the process unless we reach out directly.
What will happen next?
You'll be notified once verification is complete or if more information is needed. The status on your home screen will update automatically. There's nothing you need to do while you wait.
When should I contact support?
Please wait the full 3 business days before reaching out. If your status is still showing "Verification in Review" after 3 business days with no update or notification, contact support in the app and we'll look into it for you.
