Add your card
You can add your Plasma One card to Apple Pay in two ways:
Option 1: Add via the Plasma One app
Open the Plasma One app and go to Card Settings
Tap Add to Apple Wallet
Follow the on-screen steps to complete setup
Option 2: Add manually (recommended if the above fails)
If the in-app flow doesn’t work, try adding your card directly through Apple Wallet:
Open the Wallet app on your iPhone
Tap the “+” (Add) button
Select Debit or Credit Card
Select Add a Different Card
Enter your Plasma One card details manually (or scan your physical card is available)
Follow the verification steps to complete setup
Why adding your Plasma card to Apple Pay might fail and how to resolve it
You've recently added another card to your wallet. Only one card can be added to a mobile wallet within a 24-hour period. If you've added a card in the last 24 hours, wait and try again.
Regional mismatches: Apple Pay eligibility is determined by your verified country of residence. If your Plasma account’s country of residence does not match your actual location or your device/App Store region, the card may not be added successfully. Ensure that your device’s region and App Store settings align with your verified country of residence.
Apple’s security policies: Apple may flag your add-to-wallet attempt as high risk under its security policies. This can temporarily prevent the card from being added. Wait 24–48 hours before trying again. Additionally, ensure that your device is running the latest version of iOS, as outdated software can sometimes cause compatibility issues. If possible, try using another device to add your card to Apple Pay. This can help determine if the issue is device-specific.
Unsupported countries: Some countries, such as Bangladesh, are not supported for Apple Pay. Even if your device region or App Store country is set to a supported country, Apple and its issuing partners verify eligibility based on your country of residence. See the countries and regions that support Apple Pay here.
Still not working?
Important: Apple Pay availability and provisioning rules are determined by Apple and our card issuing partner. In most cases, this means there may be limitations outside of our control.
If your country of residence is not supported by Apple Pay, we won’t be able to enable this feature.

If everything looks correct and the issue persists, contact support in the app and we’ll investigate further.
