Does Plasma One charge foreign transaction fees?

Plasma One doesn't add its own foreign transaction fee.

However, there is a FX fee applied by the card network to non-USD transactions at the point of sale.

For every non-USD transaction, the user will incur a 1% FX conversion fee.
