Your Plasma One account has two balances: Cash (for spending) and Earn (which grows over time but can't be spent directly yet).
To move funds from Earn to Cash:
From the home screen, tap Earn
Tap Move to Cash
Enter the amount you want to move
Allow a few minutes for the balance to update
Once the funds are in Cash, your card will work normally.
