Most refunds arrive within 5–10 business days, though some may take up to 30 business days - depending on how quickly the merchant processes the return.
We're not able to speed this up. We'll pass the refund to you as soon as the merchant releases it to us.
If you can see a refund in your transaction history but it's showing as pending, this is normal. It means the merchant has started the return but hasn't finalized it yet. It will settle within the same 30 business day window.
If you haven't seen any refund at all after 30 business days, contact support and we'll escalate it. Before contacting support, please gather the transaction ID for the refund to help expedite the investigation process. If your card has been updated or replaced, it will not affect refunds for transactions made with the previous card. Refunds will still be processed and credited to your account as usual.
