Can I update my personal details?

Personal details, including the ones listed below, can't be updated once you're verified. This applies whether you contact support or attempt to change them in the app.

  • Cardholder name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Resident address

When we roll out this functionality, you will be notified directly in the app.


My name looks wrong on my card

If your cardholder name appears truncated, misspelled, or in the wrong order, we understand this is frustrating. Unfortunately, name corrections aren't something we're able to make at this time. This is a limitation of our current card issuing setup and isn't something support can override.

We're working to improve this. You'll be notified in the app when name updates become available.
