What are my rights as a Plasma One cardholder?

Your rights as a cardholder are set out in your Cardholder Agreement, which you can find in the Plasma One app under Settings → Legal.

Your agreement covers your rights relating to:

• Disputed or unauthorized transactions

• Billing errors and how to report them

• Refunds and chargebacks

• Account closure and funds return

If you have a question about a specific transaction or believe an error has occurred, contact support in the app and reference your Cardholder Agreement for the applicable process.
