Your rights as a cardholder are set out in your Cardholder Agreement, which you can find in the Plasma One app under Settings → Legal.
Your agreement covers your rights relating to:
• Disputed or unauthorized transactions
• Billing errors and how to report them
• Refunds and chargebacks
• Account closure and funds return
