I withdrew to a different wallet (MetaMask, etc.) but I don't see my balance

If you withdrew to an external wallet and your balance isn't showing up, the wallet likely hasn't auto-detected the token yet. This is a common issue and doesn't mean your funds are lost.

To fix it, you'll need to manually add the token to your wallet:

MetaMask Example

  1. Open MetaMask and go to the Tokens tab

  2. Click on the three dots

  3. Select Import tokens

  4. Select Custom token

  5. Enter the token contract address

  6. MetaMask will fill in the token symbol and decimals automatically

  7. Tap Add custom token

If you sent funds to the correct wallet address but on a different network (e.g., Ethereum mainnet instead of Plasma), adding the token will not resolve the issue. Contact our support team through the app for assistance.
