Plasma One is currently available in a growing number of countries and US states. Availability is determined by our card issuing partner, so some regions are not yet supported even if you've received an invite.
If your country or state isn't supported, verification will fail at the point of submitting your details. This is expected, it doesn't mean there's a problem with your documents or your application.
Plasma One is not available to persons located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of jurisdictions subject to comprehensive US, UK, EU, or UN sanctions.

Countries that are blocked but may still be eligible
Some countries are blocked at the document level, meaning if your passport or ID was issued by one of these countries, verification may fail by default. However, if you reside in a supported country, you may still be eligible by providing a proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement) at verification.

When will my region be supported?
We are working to expand Plasma One to more regions. We cannot give timelines for specific countries or states. If Plasma One becomes available in your region, we will announce it on our website and in the app. We retain rejected applicant data only for the period required by law and by our compliance program, and we do not use it to send marketing communications.
Additionally, our support team cannot manually override or complete the verification process for users in unsupported states, as this would violate regional compliance regulations. We are collaborating with our partners to expand Plasma One's coverage to additional states. While no specific timeline is available, this remains a priority for the platform.
