Why this can happen:
There are a few reasons an application can be permanently rejected. The most common are below.
We weren't able to verify your identity:
Our verification partners couldn't confirm the identity you submitted.
This usually means one of the following:
The name, date of birth, or address you entered couldn't be matched to government or credit bureau records after multiple attempts.
The document you submitted showed signs of tampering, alteration, or didn't pass authenticity checks.
The identity or document you submitted has already been used on a separate application.
The information you provided didn't meet our verification requirements
Specific details on your application couldn't be confirmed, for example:
Your tax ID or Social Security number couldn't be verified against records.
The address you provided couldn't be confirmed as a residential address tied to you.
Your submitted information conflicted with other records held by our verification partners.
Your application didn't meet our account eligibility or compliance requirements
Plasma One has eligibility and compliance rules we're required to follow.
Reasons in this category can include:
You don't meet the minimum age requirement to open a Plasma One account.
Your application was flagged during our compliance review.
You have a previously closed Plasma account that prevents you from reapplying.
In some cases, the reasons we can share about a compliance decision are limited by law.
Can this decision be changed?
No. A permanent rejection is final, and our support team isn't able to change or override the outcome. Because support can't make changes to this status, there's no need to contact us about it.
Where required by law, we will provide you with a written notice of the reason for the decision without needing a request from you.
What happens next?
You don't need to do anything. If eligibility changes in the future, we'll share updates through our normal channels.
