I entered the wrong country or address. What do I do?

Why this happens

When you submit your profile details during verification, some fields, including country, state, and residential address are locked to prevent changes mid-review.

If you entered the wrong information before submitting, you won't be able to edit it yourself and you'll need to contact support (see below).

If you're already approved, unfortunately there is no way to update your country and address at this time. Even if you contact support, you will not be able to update it.

What to do

Contact support in the app and include a brief description of what needs to be corrected (e.g. wrong country, wrong state, address mismatch). We typically review these requests within 1-2 business days, though timing may vary. Some changes may require re-verification or additional documentation.

  • Submit Proof of Address Documents: Ensure the document is issued within the last 3 months, matches the address you want to register, and is issued by a recognized entity (e.g., bank, utility company, government). If you previously submitted a document, use a different type (e.g., utility bill instead of a bank statement).

  • Request a KYC Reset: If fields remain locked, contact support to request a reset of your KYC process. This will allow you to resubmit documents through a new verification link.

  • Check Your Email for a Verification Link: If you are stuck, look for an email with a verification link to complete the process.
