How do I get invite codes?
Invite codes are distributed every week to active Plasma One users. There isn't a fixed amount you need to spend to unlock them, eligibility is currently based on your overall activity on the platform.
If you're an active user, you may receive invite codes as we roll them out. Keep an eye on your Rewards tab, as codes are issued regularly.
The app says I need to spend more. What does that mean?
This message means you're not yet eligible for invite codes based on your current activity. There's no specific number to hit. The best thing you can do is continue using your card and check back in the Rewards tab.
Can I request codes or get them faster?
We're not able to manually allocate invite codes or confirm when a specific user will receive them. Eligibility is reviewed on a weekly basis.
How do I share my invite code?
Once you have a code, you'll find it in the Rewards tab. Share it with friends directly. They'll use it when signing up for Plasma One.
Eligibility and distribution of invite codes are determined by Plasma in its sole discretion. Plasma may modify, suspend, or terminate the invite code program at any time. Invite codes have no cash value and are not transferable.
