Fiat deposits and withdrawals are available to Plasma One users in most countries. There are a few exceptions.
Countries where fiat is not available
Fiat deposits and withdrawals are not supported for users residing in:
Afghanistan, Algeria, Belarus, Burundi, China, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gaza Strip, Guinea Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukrainian Territories (Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia), Venezuela, West Bank, and Yemen.
Countries with specific rail restrictions
The following countries can use some fiat rails but not others. The rails listed below are not available:
Bangladesh: US ACH/FedWire
Bhutan: US ACH/FedWire
Central African Republic: SEPA (EUR), FPS (GBP), SWIFT
Eritrea: SEPA (EUR), FPS (GBP), SWIFT
Haiti: US ACH/FedWire
Kenya: US ACH/FedWire
Kosovo: US ACH/FedWire
Mali: SEPA (EUR), FPS (GBP), SWIFT
Morocco: US ACH/FedWire
Mozambique: US ACH/FedWire
Nepal: US ACH/FedWire
Niger: US ACH/FedWire
Pakistan: US ACH/FedWire
Qatar: US ACH/FedWire
Zimbabwe: US ACH/FedWire
United States
Fiat deposits and withdrawals are available in all US states except New York. If your principal residential address is in New York, fiat services are not available to you.
