My KYC for virtual accounts is under review. What do I do?

Virtual bank accounts may sometimes require an additional verification step beyond your standard Plasma One KYC, prompting Manual Review. Reviews are usually completed within 24 hours.

While your virtual account KYC is under review:

  • You can see the status in the app under Add Cash by clicking on the currency in question. If we need more information from you, you'll be prompted in the app.

  • If your review has been pending for more than 36 hours, contact support.

  • You can still use your card, deposit USDT or USDC, and access all other Plasma One features

You'll be notified with push notification (if enabled) once your virtual accounts are ready to use.
