My fiat deposit is under review. What do I do?

Fiat deposits may be placed under review for compliance checks. This is standard for new accounts, larger transfers, or transfers that don't match expected activity.

While your deposit is under review:

  • You don't need to do anything unless we contact you. Look out for an email or in-app requests for information.

  • The funds aren't lost. They'll be credited or returned once review is complete.

  • Reviews typically take 24 hours.

If we need more information from you, you'll be notified in the app. Contact support if your deposit has been under review for more than 36 hours.
