My bank rejected or returned my transfer

If your bank rejected the transfer before it reached us, the funds will be returned to your sending account by your bank. Plasma One doesn't see these transfers.

Common reasons:

Beneficiary name mismatch

The beneficiary name on your bank's side doesn't match the name we provided.

Unsupported transfer type

Your bank doesn't support transfers to the receiving institution.

Compliance check on your bank's side

A compliance check at your bank flagged the transfer.

If the transfer reached us but was returned (for example, because sender details didn't match what we expect), you'll see this in your transaction history. Returns typically settle in the standard windows for the respective rails, minus any fees charged by the sending bank.
