There are a few reasons the amount in your wallet may differ from what you sent.
Intermediary bank fees
Correspondent banks can deduct fees in transit on wires, especially on cross-border USD wires.
FX and other transfer fees
Plasma One credits the amount we receive in the destination currency less the passthrough fees for transfer, including the rail fee and FX. Plasma does not charge fees of it’s own. Please see transaction details on your home page for a breakdown of the exact fees you incurred on a deposit.
If the difference looks larger than expected, contact support with your bank's confirmation.
