Overview
If you downloaded Plasma One but do not have an invite or referral code, you will be placed on the waitlist. This article explains what to expect and how to get access sooner.
What is the waitlist?
Plasma One is currently in gated early access. If you do not have a code when you sign up, you can join the waitlist queue. During onboarding you can see how many people are ahead of you in the queue.
We will notify you by push notification and email as soon as it is your turn to get access.
How to get access sooner
There are two ways to move up the queue or bypass the waitlist entirely:
Get an invite or referral code
If you receive an invite code from the Plasma One team or a referral code from a friend, you can use it to get access immediately. If you are already on the waitlist, return to the app and enter your code on the waitlist screen to get straight in.

Referral codes are shared directly by existing Plasma One users

The waitlist screen has a share to X button. Sharing your waitlist status on X may increase your chances of receiving an invite code from the Plasma One team.
What happens when it is your turn?
When you reach the front of the queue, you will receive a push notification letting you know you can now access Plasma One. Simply return to the app to continue signing up.
What if I never got a notification?
Check that push notifications are enabled for Plasma One on your device, and that the email associated with your account is correct. If you think something has gone wrong, contact our support team and we will look into it for you.
