Check your referral activity and reward status in Plasma One. A friend joining, a bonus being earned, and a bonus being paid are different steps.
Where can I find my invites?
Open the Tiers tab.
Tap Invite Friends.
Open See your invites.
Use the app's reward details to check the status of an individual bonus.
What does an earned notification mean?
An earned notification means you have reached a qualifying reward milestone. It does not mean the reward is already available.
The $10 first-spend bonus accrues when qualifying card purchases are captured (settled). It is paid as spend credit on the following Thursday.
Other fixed bonuses are processed weekly. Check each reward's details for its payout status.
Why have I not received a bonus?
Check the conditions for the specific reward:
Did your friend join using your referral code?
Did they meet the spending requirement within the window that starts when they redeem your code?
For the first-spend bonus, did they use at least two distinct merchants?
Does their identity-document country qualify for the spending bonus?
For Core, did they upgrade to a paid membership rather than start a free trial?
Is the reward still pending?
A referral sign-up notification alone does not confirm a bonus.

Contact Support through Get Help in Plasma One. Tell us which reward you expected and what status appears in the app.
Is referral cashback tracked separately?
Referral cashback is paid in XPL. Fixed referral bonuses are paid as spend credit. Cashback has its own rate, earning period, and payout status.
If you upgrade your tier, your cashback limits change and your potential maximum increases.
