All Plasma One users have access to our support team. The level of support you receive depends on your tier, with higher tiers getting faster response times and priority handling.

How to contact support

You can reach our support team in two ways:

  • In-app messenger: Open the app and tap the support icon to start a conversation

  • Email: Send us a message at support@plasma.org


Support hours

Our support team currently operates primarily during UK business hours. 24-hour coverage expansion is coming soon.


VIP support

Platinum members receive VIP support, meaning your queries are handled at the top of the queue with a target response time of under 30 minutes. You will also have access to a dedicated support contact.


Terms

Rates, amounts, limits, eligible merchants and perks are the parameters currently in effect. They are variable and may change prospectively in accordance with the Plasma One Rewards Addendum.
