How do I get 10% cashback on eBay?
Earn 10% cashback on eligible purchases made at eBay with your Plasma One card, up to US$50 per person.
When does the promotion start and end?
The promotion starts on 00:00 UTC on September 14, 2026 and is scheduled to run for two weeks until 23:59:59 UTC on September 28, 2026. Check the eBay offer in your app for the cap, end date and time applicable to you. The promotion may end early.
Who can take part?
The promotion is available to eligible:
New users: all membership tiers qualify, including Lite. Open your Plasma One account during the promotion, add money and make an eligible eBay purchase before it ends.
Existing users: hold a Core or Platinum membership. Existing Lite members need to upgrade and check that the offer appears before purchasing.
You must see the eBay offer in your Plasma One app to participate. Update to the latest app version and check your offer before buying.
Country and account restrictions apply. Your account must have completed identity verification and remain in good standing through payout. No separate opt-in or promotional code is required.
Where can I shop?
Eligible purchases must be made at eBay, including:
Eligibility depends on the merchant information received with the card payment. The transaction must identify a qualifying eBay merchant.
Purchases made through other marketplaces or retailers do not qualify, even for the same item. Payments made outside the eBay checkout, including direct payments to a seller, do not qualify.
eBay gift cards, vouchers and store credit are excluded. Any part of a purchase paid using gift cards, points or other payment methods does not earn this cashback.
Do pre-orders qualify?
Your card payment must be authorised during the promotion and subsequently settle, meaning the merchant completes the payment.
Placing an order during the promotion is not enough if payment is only authorised after it ends. Orders placed before the promotion starts do not qualify simply because they ship or settle during it.
How much cashback can I earn?
There is no minimum spend or separate limit per transaction. The total promotional cashback cap applies across all cards on your account, for the whole promotion.
At 10%, US$500 of eligible spending reaches the US$50 cap. For purchases in another currency, cashback uses the transaction's US dollar value after card-network conversion.
You pay the full purchase price at checkout. Plasma pays the cashback later.
Does this combine with my usual cashback?
The 10% promotional rate replaces your standard or category cashback on the same purchase.
The promotional cap is separate from your tier's monthly cashback cap. Once the promotional cap is reached, your usual cashback rules apply.
You can also participate in other Plasma One promotions when you meet their separate requirements. Promotional cashback rates do not add together on the same transaction.
When will I receive my cashback?
Each eligible purchase has a 45-day hold, starting when the transaction settles. This allows time for returns and refunds to complete. Payment follows completion of the hold and eligibility review. Reviews can extend the wait, so payment on day 45 is not guaranteed.
Approved cashback is calculated in US dollars and paid as spending credit. Spending credit can be used for card spending only. It cannot be withdrawn or used for cash-like transactions, and it does not earn further cashback or rewards.
If a purchase is refunded, cancelled, reversed or charged back, the related cashback is reduced or removed. Cashback already paid may be recovered.
What if my cashback is missing?
Check that:
The eBay offer was visible in your app when you purchased.
You paid eBay directly with your Plasma One card.
Payment was authorised during the promotion and has settled.
You have not reached your promotional cap.
The purchase has not been refunded or reversed.
Cashback that is still within its 45-day hold remains pending. If you need help, contact support through Get Help in Plasma One.
