How do I get 10% cashback on Eight Sleep?
Platinum members earn 10% cashback, paid in XPL, on eligible purchases made directly from Eight Sleep with their Plasma One card, including the new Pod 6.
Your promotional cap depends on your membership:
New Platinum members: up to US$300 per person. This includes new users and existing Lite or Core members who upgrade to Platinum during the promotion.
Existing Platinum members: up to US$150 per person.
When does the promotion start and end?
The promotion starts on 26 September 2026 and is scheduled to run for two weeks. Check the Eight Sleep offer in your app for the cap, end date and time applicable to you. The promotion may end early.
Who can take part?
This promotion is available on Platinum only. It is open to eligible:
New users: open your Plasma One account during the promotion, lock 100,000 XPL for Platinum and make an eligible Eight Sleep purchase before it ends.
Existing Lite and Core members: upgrade to Platinum during the promotion and check that the offer appears before purchasing. Purchases made before you upgrade do not qualify.
Existing Platinum members: check that the offer appears in your app before purchasing.
You must see the Eight Sleep offer in your Plasma One app to participate. Update to the latest app version and check your offer before buying.
Your account must have completed identity verification and remain in good standing through payout. No separate opt in or promotional code is required.
Where can I shop?
Eligible purchases must be made directly from Eight Sleep through its official online store at eightsleep.com.
Purchases from third party retailers, marketplaces, resellers or authorised dealers do not qualify, even when the product is made by Eight Sleep. This includes Amazon, eBay and department stores.
Eligibility depends on the merchant information received with the card payment. The transaction must identify a qualifying Eight Sleep merchant.
Eight Sleep gift cards, vouchers and store credit are excluded. Any part of a purchase paid using gift cards, points, financing or buy now pay later plans, or other payment methods does not earn this cashback.
Do preorders qualify?
Your card payment must be authorised during the promotion and subsequently settle, meaning the merchant completes the payment.
Placing an order during the promotion is not enough if Eight Sleep only authorises payment after it ends. Orders placed before the promotion starts do not qualify simply because they ship or settle during it.
How much cashback can I earn?
There is no minimum spend or separate limit per transaction. The total promotional cashback cap applies across all cards on your account, for the whole promotion.
At 10%, US$3,000 of eligible spending reaches the US$300 cap and US$1,500 reaches the US$150 cap. For example, a standard size Pod 6 at US$2,699 earns US$269.90. For purchases in another currency, cashback uses the transaction's US dollar value after card network conversion.
You pay the full purchase price at checkout. Plasma pays the cashback later.
Does this combine with my usual cashback?
The 10% promotional rate replaces your standard or category cashback on the same purchase.
The promotional cap is separate from your tier's monthly cashback cap. Once the promotional cap is reached, your usual cashback rules apply.
You can also participate in other Plasma One promotions when you meet their separate requirements. Promotional cashback rates do not add together on the same transaction.
When will I receive my cashback?
Estimated cashback may appear as pending shortly after your purchase.
Each eligible purchase has a 45 day hold starting when that transaction settles. Payment follows completion of the hold and eligibility review. Reviews can extend the wait, so payment on day 45 is not guaranteed.
Approved cashback is calculated in US dollars and paid to your XPL balance. The conversion rate is determined at payout.
If a purchase is refunded, cancelled, reversed or charged back, the related cashback is reduced or removed. This includes returns made under Eight Sleep's trial period. Cashback already paid may be recovered.
What if my cashback is missing?
Check that:
You held Platinum when you purchased.
The Eight Sleep offer was visible in your app when you purchased.
You paid directly to Eight Sleep with your Plasma One card.
Payment was authorised during the promotion and has settled.
You have not reached your promotional cap.
The purchase has not been refunded, returned or reversed.
Cashback that is still within its 45 day hold remains pending. If you need help, contact support through Get Help in Plasma One.
