How do I get 20% cashback on Olive Young?
Earn 20% cashback, paid in XPL, on eligible purchases made directly from Olive Young with your Plasma One card, up to US$30 per person.
When does the promotion start and end?
The promotion starts at 00:00 UTC on September 28, 2026 and is scheduled to run until 23:59:59 UTC on October 4, 2026.
The promotion runs on UTC, not your local time. Check the Olive Young offer in your app for the cap, end date and time applicable to you. The promotion may end early.
Who can take part?
The promotion is available to eligible:
New users: all membership tiers qualify, including Lite. Open your Plasma One account during the promotion, verify your identity, add money and make an eligible Olive Young purchase before it ends.
Existing users: all membership tiers qualify, including Lite, Core and Platinum.
You must see the Olive Young offer in your Plasma One app to participate. Update to the latest app version and check your offer before buying. If you don't see the offer, your usual cashback rate applies.
Country and account restrictions apply. Your account must have completed identity verification and remain in good standing through payout. No separate opt-in or promotional code is required. Codes, links and QR codes shared at events are for tracking only. They don't make you eligible.
Where can I shop?
Eligible purchases must be made directly from Olive Young, including:
Olive Young stores in any country
oliveyoung.co.kr, Olive Young's Korean online store and app
Olive Young Global Mall, including its website and app
Eligibility depends on the merchant information received with the card payment. The transaction must identify a qualifying Olive Young merchant.
Purchases from other retailers, marketplaces, resellers, duty-free operators or other third parties do not qualify, even for the same product. This includes Olive Young shops on Qoo10, Amazon, Coupang and Shopee, and purchasing agents.
Digital wallets such as Apple Pay qualify only if the payment is made entirely with your Plasma One card and the transaction identifies a qualifying Olive Young merchant. Buy now, pay later and financing services do not qualify.
Olive Young gift cards, e-gift cards, vouchers, store credit and other stored-value items are excluded. Any part of a purchase paid using gift cards, vouchers, coupons, points, store credit or other payment methods does not earn this cashback.
Do pre-orders qualify?
Your card payment must be authorised during the promotion and subsequently settle, meaning the merchant completes the payment.
Placing an order during the promotion is not enough if payment is only authorised after it ends. Orders placed before the promotion starts do not qualify simply because they ship or settle during it.
How much cashback can I earn?
There is no minimum spend or separate limit per transaction. The total promotional cashback cap is US$30 across all cards on your account, for the whole promotion.
At 20%, US$150 of eligible spending reaches the US$30 cap. For purchases in Korean won or another currency, cashback uses the transaction's US dollar value after card-network conversion.
Tax-free prices applied at checkout are reflected in the amount you pay. A tourist tax refund you receive later does not reduce your cashback.
You pay the full purchase price at checkout. Plasma pays the cashback later.
Does this combine with my usual cashback?
The 20% promotional rate replaces your standard or category cashback on the same purchase.
The promotional cap is separate from your tier's monthly cashback cap. Once the promotional cap is reached, your usual cashback rules apply. Your Olive Young purchases still count toward your monthly spend.
You can also participate in other Plasma One promotions when you meet their separate requirements. Promotional cashback rates do not add together on the same transaction.
When will I receive my cashback?
Estimated cashback may appear as pending shortly after your purchase.
Each eligible purchase has a 14-day hold, starting when the transaction settles. This allows time for returns and refunds to complete. Payment follows completion of the hold and eligibility review. Reviews can extend the wait, so payment on day 14 is not guaranteed. We aim to pay on or about October 22, 2026.
Approved cashback is calculated in US dollars and paid to your XPL balance. The conversion rate is determined at payout. The value of XPL can go down.
If a purchase is refunded, cancelled, reversed or charged back, the related cashback is reduced or removed. Cashback already paid may be recovered.
What isn't allowed?
Plasma may remove cashback or close your participation for activity such as:
Buying and returning items to earn cashback
Using more than one account, or splitting purchases across people, to get more than one cap
Buying in large quantities, to resell, or for other people to earn cashback
Paying for other shoppers in exchange for cash
What if my cashback is missing?
Check that:
The Olive Young offer was visible in your app when you purchased.
You paid Olive Young directly with your Plasma One card, in store, on oliveyoung.co.kr or on the Olive Young Global Mall.
Payment was authorised during the promotion and has settled.
You paid the full amount with your card, not with a gift card, points or buy now, pay later.
You have not reached the US$30 promotional cap.
The purchase has not been refunded or reversed.
Cashback that is still within its 14-day hold remains pending. If you need help, contact support through Get Help in Plasma One.
