How to Configure Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in WallexPay?

Configuring two-step authentication with Google Authenticator:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Select "Security" from the Side menu.

  3. Click the [Enable] button next to the Google Authentication option.

  4. Install/Open your Authenticator App and scan the QR Code displayed on the screen.

  5. Enter the OTP code into the provided fields.

  6. After entering the code, click the [Verify] button.

  7. Once enabled, logging into the account will require not only the correct password but also inputting the 6-digit verification code generated for Two-Factor Authentication.


Configuring two-step authentication with Email Verification:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Select "Security" from the Side menu.

  3. Click the [Enable] button next to the Email Verification option.

  4. Then, you will then receive a confirmation message indicating successful activation.

  5. Once enabled, logging into the account will require not only the correct password but also inputting the 6-digit verification code generated for Two-Factor Authentication.

It's crucial to save and securely store your QR Code and Secret Code as it serves as a crucial backup in case you need to reconfigure your authenticator app or set up 2FA on a new device.
