Receive

When you want to receive a Fiat transfer into your account, you can choose between two options:

  • Wire Transfer: Choose this method to initiate a wire transfer. Upon selection, a window will display details required for receiving funds into your account. This includes Beneficiary Name, Currency, Beneficiary IBAN (International Bank Account Number), and any other necessary particulars.

  • Top Up with Card: Choose this method to top up your account using a card. Upon selection, you'll be prompted to specify the desired amount you wish to add to your account. Afterward, you will be redirected to the top-up screen, where you can securely input your card details. Once the transaction is completed, the specified amount will appear in your account balance.

Exchange

The exchange feature within our platform serves as a dynamic tool empowering users to convert one currency into another, be it fiat or cryptocurrencies. Whether you're looking to capitalize on favorable market rates, diversify your portfolio, or transfer funds between accounts, our exchange functionality offers convenience and flexibility.

Please note that you have a 20-second window to complete the exchange for the requested amount. Beyond this timeframe, you should update the rate due to the inherent volatility of currencies in the market.

Send

To initiate a bank transfer, simply fill in the required fields in the window that appears on your screen. You'll have the option to specify whether the recipient is an Individual or a Company, and then enter the relevant details accordingly. Once you've provided all the necessary information, you can review and confirm your transfer before submitting it.

Certain accounts may offer limited functionalities compared to others.

Common Rejection Causes

Some of the rejection reasons for fiat transfers include:

  • Wrong Beneficiary Name

  • Invalid Reference

  • Wrong Beneficiary Bank Details
