When you want to receive a Fiat transfer into your account, you can use the following method:

  • Wire Transfer: Choose this method to initiate a wire transfer. Upon selection, a window will display details required for receiving funds into your account. This includes Beneficiary Name, Currency, Beneficiary IBAN (International Bank Account Number), and any other necessary particulars.

  1. Navigate to your Fiat account.

  2. Click on the [Receive] button.

  3. You will see the [Wire Transfer] window with details for receiving funds into your account.

What is the Expected Timeframe for the Funds to be Credited in my Account?

Wire transfers usually take 3 to 5 business days. In case it's been more than 5 business days and your incoming wire transfer hasn't been credited, please provide us with the official bank receipt of the transaction so we can start investigating the case.


What are the Recommended Steps if a Transfer does not Reach my Account as Expected?

Please contact the Sending Bank to know the status of the transaction. In case they confirm the execution of the operation, ask for the official bank receipt and contact our support channel with the document.


Common Rejection Causes
