Minimum Threshold

The minimum amount for an outgoing transfer is 15.00 EUR.


What is the Expected Timeframe for the Transfer to be Executed?

Depending on the receiving end, if "SEPA Instant" is supported by the beneficiary's bank, the transfer will be executed within 30 minutes. On the other hand - "SEPA Credit" is the standard procedure which may take from 3 to 5 business days.


What are the Recommended Steps if a Transfer does not Reach as Expected?

In case the transfer is not received within the aforementioned timeframes, please contact us via the dedicated support chat channels.

Transfers above 4000.00 EUR mandate additional documentation to ensure adherence to internal and external transfer regulations.

Common Rejection Causes

If a transfer is rejected, please review the provided information in the Fiat Send Screen. Common causes for rejection include errors such as an Incorrect Beneficiary Name, Reference, or Beneficiary Bank Details.
