Password Recovery via Mobile App
Open your Wallex Smart Custody App.
Locate and click on the [Forgot Password] option.
Enter the email address associated with your account on the platform.
Click on the [Send recovery link] button.
Check your email inbox for a message confirming the password reset request and follow the instructions provided.
Choose a new password and confirm it. Ensure that your new password meets the platform's requirements for strength and security.
Once you have confirmed your new password, you will be able to log in using this new password from now on.
Sometimes, due to network congestion or server delays, the password reset email may take a few minutes to arrive in your inbox.
