At the moment, teachers cannot directly change their ubbu subscription plan or the number of student accounts. However, the request can be started through the platform, and our technical team will make the changes for you.
To request a plan change, follow these steps:
Click on your name in the top right corner of the platform.
Select the âInstitutionâ option.
On your institutionâs page, click âManage institutionâ.
Then click âActivate ubbuâ.
Choose the plan you wish to subscribe to.
Finally, click âTalk to usâ to reach out to our team.
Once we receive your request, weâll get in touch to confirm the details and complete the change.
