How students receive their certificate
When students complete all the lessons for a school year, a congratulatory message is displayed. In addition to this message, they also receive an end-of-year certificate that recognises the learning they have achieved throughout the 35 lessons.
To save the certificate, students should click Download my certificate. After clicking Done, they will move on to the activities for the following school year. Please note that this certificate is only displayed once.
How to download certificates for your class
As a teacher, you can download your students end-of-year certificates at any time by following these steps:
In your class, click Class options.
Then click Get certificates.
The field shown in the image is automatically filled in with the email address associated with your account, where the certificates will be sent. If you no longer have access to that address or would prefer to receive them at a different one, replace it with your preferred email address and click Confirm.
A confirmation message will then be displayed. To continue, simply click Confirm.
Within a few minutes, you will receive your students certificates by email. To download them, click Go to certificates.
How to download a certificate for a specific student
As a teacher, you can also download the certificate for an individual student. This option is useful if you only need the certificate for one student rather than for the entire class.
To do this, follow these steps:
In your class, click Class options.
Then click Class management.
Select the student, click □, and then click ... Options.
Click Export student certificates.
Within a few minutes, you will receive the selected student's certificate by email. To download it, click Go to certificates.
