If you want to change your personal data (name, e-mail address and password) start by clicking on your name in the top right corner on the ubbu homepage, and then click on Profile.
You will access a page with a summary of your account data. Depending on what you want to edit, follow these steps:
Edit name
Press the pencil button next to your name.
Write or edit your name.
Press the blue ✔️ button to confirm.
Edit e-mail address
Press the pencil button next to your e-mail.
Write or edit your address.
Press the blue ✔️ button to confirm.
This is the e-mail that you will use from now on to log into your account, and the one we will use to get in contact with you.
Edit password
In the top right-hand corner, press the ...Options button.
In the new window that opens, click on Edit password.
Fill in all the fields and then click on Change password.
This will be the password that you will use to log into your account from now on, don't lose it.
