Found a bug in the platform?

Make sure you follow these steps, as they will be helpful in trying to clarify or even understand the problem that might be happening.

There are several reasons why an exercise does not show up as correct when you press the ▶ button.

  1. First, make sure you have the correct solution. As a teacher, you can always check the Instructions on the left-hand side of the screen to confirm your answer.

    In certain exercises, you can also see the solution to an exercise by clicking on the See Solution button.

  2. In some games, the playing area is quite large, and it is possible that some blocks that you used in your game will be "hidden" and in this situation the level will not appear as correct.

    Alternatively, you can at any time press the broom button, which will cause all lost blocks to reappear on the main screen. By deleting them, you can retry to confirm your blocks by pressing the ▶ button.

  3. Thirdly, we also advise you to clear your cache and cookies as it helps to fix certain errors such as problems with loading an exercise or formatting on websites. To find out how to clear your cache and cookies click here.

    If after trying these instructions your exercise still shows up as wrong, please contact our team using the Talk with us button or the e-mail address hello@ubbu.io, indicating the class name.

In order to speed up the technical support process, please describe in as much detail as possible the problem you are having.

When you ask us questions, remember that it's really important that you tell us clearly and completely. Also remember that when you send a message with all the information we need to be able to help you, it makes the process of clarifying questions much easier and also improves our response speed a lot.

For example, when you send a message:

  1. Always identify the issue you want to see resolved;

  2. When you mention other users, whether they are teachers or students, always indicate their username;

  3. Tell us the name of the class you are referring to;

  4. Please indicate what level your classes is on.

Also, when you send us a message, there are elements that help our team to better understand the situations that you report to us. So you should try to include them whenever possible:

  1. Screenshots or photos that demonstrate the problem that is happening;

  2. Recording a video that demonstrates in more detail the problem that is happening;

  3. As a last resort and in case our team asks for more information, you can send a screenshot of your computer´s console.

    To do this, you need to right-click and then click on Inspect.

    Then you need to press Console and finally you take a screenshot.
