When someone tries to login a student account and enters the wrong password too many times, ubbu temporarily locks that account for security reasons.
To unlock it, the user can follow these steps:
Through a teacher account, reset the student's password. To find out how to do this, please see here;
Or contact ubbu at hello@ubbu.io. Someone from our team will unlock the account as soon as possible.
In case you don´t follow these steps, the account will unlock after 6 hours.
