With just a few clicks, you can generate an educator code and share it with families. Each code is unique and only needs to be used once to link the student’s account to the parent’s account.
How to get the educator code in the platform
To generate and share the educator code, follow these steps:
Go to one of your classes on the ubbu platform.
In the upper-right corner, click ••• Class options.
Select “Download educator code (.pdf)”.
A pop-up window will appear — click “Download codes to send (.pdf)”.
The download will complete in seconds.
You can now print the file and give it to students or parents.

The PDF generated for each student includes:
Student username, to make account management at home easier
