You can cancel your Playbook subscription through several methods. After cancelling, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Recommended: Cancel through the app
The quickest way to cancel is directly inside the Playbook app.
Navigate to the Profile tab.
Tap Manage in the Subscription section.
Select Cancel Subscription.
Complete the on-screen cancellation steps.
Wait for the confirmation message before closing the screen.
Note: Make sure you're running the latest version of the Playbook app.
Cancel through the web
Go to my.playbookapp.io/login and log in with the same email used when purchasing.
Navigate to the Subscription section.
Select Manage > Cancel Subscription.
Complete the cancellation steps and wait for the confirmation message.
Cancel through the App Store (iOS)
Open the App Store and tap your avatar in the top-right corner.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select your Playbook subscription and tap Cancel.
Cancel through Google Play (Android)
Open the Google Play app.
Select Subscriptions from the menu.
Choose Playbook from the list and tap Cancel.
