To access an OTP (One-Time Purchase) program or challenge, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Creator's Profile
2. Tap on the Exclusives tab
3. Enjoy the program
NOTE: If the Exclusives tab is not visible to you, please start following your creator by tapping on the Star icon in the upper right corner of the creator's profile page.
The app is asking me to pay for the program again
In case you do not have access to the program and you hit paywall, this means that the program (OTP) was purchased under a different email address/account or has not been purchased at all.
If you are certain that you have successfully purchased the program with your Playbook email address, please contact us at support@playbookapp.io so we can grant you access to your program as soon as possible.
