To access an OTP (One-Time Purchase) program or challenge, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Creator's Profile
2. Tap on the My Purchases tab
3. Enjoy the program
NOTE: If the My Purchases tab is not visible to you, please start following your creator by tapping the Star icon in the upper right corner of their profile page.
The app is asking me to pay for the program again
If you hit a paywall and don't have access to the program, it typically means the program (OTP) was purchased under a different email address/account, or has not been purchased yet.
If you're certain you purchased the program using your Playbook email address, please contact us at support@playbookapp.io, and we'll restore your access as soon as possible.
