"The Code You Entered Is Invalid"

Seeing an invalid code error? Here's how to fix it.

If you see this error, it's usually because the confirmation code has expired or was entered incorrectly. Each code is only valid for a limited time.

  1. Go back to the login screen.

  2. Tap Resend Code to generate a fresh one.

  3. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the new code.

  4. Enter the code promptly — don't wait too long before using it.
