"Something Went Wrong..."

Seeing a generic error during login? Try these steps.

A 'Something went wrong' message during login is usually temporary. Here's what to try:

  • Close the app completely and reopen it.

  • Check your internet connection.

  • Make sure the Playbook app is up to date — check the App Store or Google Play.

  • Try logging in again using a fresh confirmation code.
