Please follow the steps below to renew the subscription:
A) How to renew your subscription (via Web)
Go to https://my.playbookapp.io/login and log in with your email address
Enter the confirmation code sent to your email inbox
Select your desired subscription plan (monthly/annual) under the Subscription section and tap on Buy
Verify the transaction to successfully complete the renewal of your subscription
B) How to renew your subscription (via the App)
Log in to the Playbook app with your email - Select Sign in with email
Enter the confirmation code sent to your email inbox
On the Discover section of your app, navigate to the Profile tab
Scroll down to the bottom of your screen and select Settings
Under the Subscription section, click on the Renew button
Make sure your subscription is inactive, expired or you have no active plan, and then select the Subscribe Now
Select your desired subscription plan (monthly/annual), apply your discount code (if applicable) and tap on Pay
You have successfully updated/renewed your Playbook subscription
C) How to renew your subscription (via Third Party Platform)
Android (Play Store)
Open the Google Play Store app
Tap Subscriptions
Select Playbook
Tap Resubscribe
Confirm purchase
iOS (App Store)
Open the Settings app
Tap your name
Tap Subscriptions
Select Playbook
Tap the option you want to purchase
Confirm purchase
Alternatively,
Open the App Store app
Go to your Account
Tap Subscriptions
Select Playbook
Tap the option you want to purchase
Confirm purchase
