If you'd like to delete your Playbook account, first make sure your subscription is cancelled or expired. Then you can request deletion in one of two ways:
Through the app
Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
Navigate to Settings.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion.
By email
Email us at support@playbookapp.io and we'll remove your account information.
Important: Your subscription must be cancelled or expired before your account can be deleted.
Note: Even after deletion, logging in with the same email creates a new account. Once we confirm deletion, you can safely remove the app from your device.
