How to Contact Playbook Customer Support

We're here to help — here's how to reach us.

The fastest way to get help is to email our support team directly.

When you write in, include your account email, device type, and a description of what happened. This helps us resolve things faster.

You can also send a message through the app:

  • Navigate to the Profile tab (bottom right hand corner)

  • Select Support

  • Send your message

We respond to new messages in the order they're received, so please refrain from sending more than one message as this will push your message to the back of our queue.
