How to contact Playbook Customer Support

We have several ways of contacting our customer support team.


  1. Contact us via email.

Please send us an email to support@playbookapp.io, and a support representative will contact you as soon as possible.


  1. Contact us through the app.

Currently, we offer two ways of contact through the app:


  • Shake feedback feature - just shake your phone - once the mailbox window pops up - provide all details related to your issue and tap the Send button. A message will be automatically sent to support@playbookapp.io, and our team will get back to you shortly!


  • Send a message through your profile section:

  1. Navigate to the Profile tab

  2. Select Support

  3. Select Ask

  4. Send message


Please note: Once you hit the send button, your message will be automatically sent to support@playbookapp.io.
